As Liv International grows, we will be launching into other markets. We are currently in the United States, Mexico, and Canada, and Japan.

Japan Personal Import Program

Liv International announced in the March Madness Training at Corporate Headquarters on Saturday, March 27 that it has opened the doors to Japan! Allowing Japanese citizens to become Members through the Liv International Japan Personal Import (PI) Program is an exciting and important step for Liv Members. Creating the opportunity for Liv Members to extend our unique and healthy products, and the exciting business opportunity to friends and family who are Japanese citizens, will provide a new level of growth and challenge to the Company. Under Japan’s NFR (Not For Resale) Program, Japanese citizens are allowed to purchase up to a 2-month supply of Liv International’s dietary supplement products for their own consumption, but will not be allowed to re-sell these products in Japan. All products are immediately available to order and ship to Japan using Yamato Transport, the most widely respected courier in Japan. It is expected that delivery to residents or businesses will be made within 7 days of placing the order with Liv Corporate, depending upon the address within Japan.

Initially, new Members will be able to use the U.S. English Enrollment Application, however, a Japanese version of this Application is being developed and will be made available in the coming months. Liv will accept payment in US dollar by our currently-allowed credit cards only, until other payment methods can be established. Members in Japan will enjoy commission payment through the ProPay MasterCard in US dollar, for their convenience. A Japanese website and other literature will be developed over time, as needed, and eventually, Japanese-speaking Customer Service will be added to the staff, as needed. Initially, Customer Support will still be provided in English, during the normal U.S. office hours, and through our regular electronic methods. Currently, orders valued at $170 or less, Member cost, will be able to be shipped to Japan duty-free, but orders valued at more than $170 can be expected to be charged 10% customs duties, which Liv International will collect along with the shipping charges at the time of ordering and pre-pay to eliminate the need of additional collection at the time of delivery.
